Supervisory staff of the training environment

The institute is committed to continuously supervising the educational and training process and ensuring the quality of e-learning. A supervisory team is available around the clock, seven days a week, to support the continuity of the educational process.

Mission of the Supervisory Team

The supervisory team is responsible for providing consultations and technical solutions that contribute to facilitating the delivery of training courses, as well as enhancing communication between trainers and beneficiaries, while ensuring the quality control of e-learning.

Policy for Communicating with the Trainer During the Course

  • The user must follow the explanation provided by the trainer. In case of any inquiries, questions must be sent via the message box, and the trainer must respond within a maximum of 72 hours.
  • Users are prohibited from communicating with the trainer outside the scope of the training course. In the event this occurs, the registration will be automatically canceled without compensation.
  • Questions must be limited to the course content only and must not go beyond its scope.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Supervisory Staff on the Platform

  • Director: General supervision of the training process, guiding trainers and trainees, and monitoring and evaluating performance.
  • Technical Support Officer: Following up on and resolving issues faced by beneficiaries, coordinating with trainers and trainees, and providing appropriate support.
  • General Coordinator: Developing workflow strategies for trainers and training courses.
  • Training Consultant: Setting training plans and programs, and developing workflow strategies for trainers and courses.
  • Quality Control Officer: Managing and monitoring the quality assurance processes of training program implementation, and taking necessary actions to prevent quality issues during training.
  • Reporting Officer: Preparing reports to measure training impact and the satisfaction of trainers and trainees, and providing the necessary recommendations.
