Oversee academic and administrative aspects for learners, including attendance tracking, processing absence excuses, issuing confirmations, and course registration.

Handle deferment, probation, and withdrawal requests, and resolve learner-related issues.

Application Development and Management

Prepare a quarterly operational plan identifying tasks and priorities to ensure efficiency and organization.

Monitor and execute operational and development projects aligned with the institute’s strategic goals.

Technical Support and IT Management
