  3. Enhance investment in e-training programs by developing content and expanding use of the digital platform.

Student Services Management

  1. Oversee academic and administrative aspects for learners, including attendance tracking, processing absence excuses, issuing confirmations, and course registration.

  2. Handle deferment, probation, and withdrawal requests, and resolve learner-related issues.

Application Development and Management

  1. Prepare a quarterly operational plan identifying tasks and priorities to ensure efficiency and organization.

  2. Monitor and execute operational and development projects aligned with the institute’s strategic goals.

Technical Support and IT Management

  1. Provide continuous technical support to trainees and trainers for a smooth learning experience.

  2. Monitor daily performance of the e-learning platform to ensure efficiency and address any technical issues.
