Attendance and Learning Policies

The attendance policy at the Macro Development Institute for Training aims to clarify the organizational procedures for synchronous online attendance, where synchronous online attendance refers to virtual participation in virtual classrooms. To ensure the actual attendance of trainees in the course, these policies and organizational procedures related to synchronous online attendance have been developed as follows:

• Electronic participation through virtual courses is equivalent to regular attendance.
• Attendance hours in synchronous virtual classrooms are guaranteed to be at least 25% of the program/course hours when training is provided asynchronously in programs lasting more than one month.
• For blended learning (whether virtual or traditional) in programs lasting more than one month, direct attendance hours through synchronous virtual courses are guaranteed to be at least 25% of the program hours.
• Each individual must participate according to the training program plan.
• The trainee must complete at least 80% of the required hours for the enrolled program.

This attendance policy applies to all trainees registered at the Macro Development Institute for Training, and we are committed to ensuring the implementation of this policy, which all institute staff are expected to adhere to. Any violation of this policy will lead to disciplinary actions according to the institute's procedures.
