- Prepare a quarterly operational plan to organize tasks and activities.
- Enhance investment in e-training programs by developing content and expanding use of the digital platform.

Student Services Management

- Oversee academic and administrative aspects for learners, including attendance tracking, processing absence excuses, issuing confirmations, and course registration.
- Handle deferment, probation, and withdrawal requests, and resolve learner-related issues.

Application Development and Management

- Prepare a quarterly operational plan identifying tasks and priorities to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Monitor and execute operational and development projects aligned with the institute’s strategic goals.

Technical Support and IT Management
|

|
- Provide continuous technical support to trainees and trainers for a smooth learning experience.
- Monitor daily performance of the e-learning platform to ensure efficiency and address any technical issues.
